The TSLS Summit Companion is operated by Sierra Learnership Collaborative, LLC (“we,” “us”) as the official attendee app for the Tri-State Leadership Summit. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
To run the event and your attendance: your ticket and check-in, the agenda and day-of updates, the attendee community, speaker Q&A, and service messages about the summit. Your ticket may also include a complimentary Momentum+ membership from us; we use your registration details to set that up. We do not sell your personal information.
We share the minimum necessary with the providers that make the app work. Each processes your data only to provide their service:

If you enable push notifications, your device's push service (Google, Apple, or Mozilla) delivers them; we store only the delivery address your browser gives us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Sign-in uses one-time email links (no passwords to steal), access to attendee data is controlled at the database level, and secrets are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
We keep your information for the event season and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
The summit and this app are intended for business professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date above and, for material changes, notify attendees.
